LetUsFixIT offers a comprehensive tech support subscription package. Our customers enjoy remote support, hardware insurance and PC tune-up software on 3 to 12 devices, with prices starting from just £17.99/month or £199/year.

QWho is it suitable for?

Our computer help and protection service is perfect for anyone who struggles to solve technical problems alone, or is tired of phoning up family and friends for help. It's also ideal if you're worried about the expense of one-off computer repairs and replacements.
You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that expert assistance is on hand for any tech problem — no matter how large or small — every day of the week.
If your household or small business relies on functioning computers, you can rest assured that LetUsFixIT will help you get back up and running as soon as possible. You can have your IT problems solved from the comfort of your own home or office, and without any unexpected fees.

QWhat devices can be protected?

We offer remote support and insurance on desktop computers, laptops, notebooks and tablets. This includes Apple devices like MacBooks and iPads. It doesn't matter where you bought them, or which manufacturer they're from.
Our PC clean-up software is available on Windows PCs only. Please note that we do not cover mobile phones. You must be the owner of any devices you would like to cover.

QHow does it work?

As long as your subscription is active, you will enjoy all the benefits of our IT support package. This includes:
• Unlimited tech support via our tech helpline, Live Chat function and remote assistance (subject to our Fair Use Policy).
• Tech insurance that covers up to £3,000 per year on accidental damage, loss, theft, and breakdown claims. Read the full policy document and terms.
• PC tune-up software that keeps your Windows computers performing at their best and offers everyday protection against viruses, spyware, malware and more.

QHow much does it cost?

For just £17.99 per month, you can enjoy coverage on three devices. Extra devices can be added for an additional £5.99 each per month.
You will be automatically charged by Direct Debit, so there's no need to worry about your coverage expiring unless you cancel.
To take advantage of our £199/year subscription deal for three devices, contact our team on 0800 032 3499. You will need to contact us again to renew an annual policy.

QHow do I subscribe?

To subscribe, simply tell us about your devices and set up a monthly direct debit payment online by entering your bank details. Alternatively, speak to one of our friendly advisers by calling 0800 032 3499.

QDo you perform a credit check?

No, we simply check your bank details to ensure that your account can set up a Direct Debit.

QWhen does my cover start?

Your IT support and insurance coverage begins as soon as you've completed the online application process, so you can start taking advantage of our computer assistance right away!
Please note that you cannot make a hardware insurance claim for 14 days after registration.
Your cover will last for as long as you pay your monthly premium.

QWhat should I do if I'm having a problem with my device?

Customers experiencing any kind of problem with a registered device — whether it's a smashed screen or unusual error message — should contact our team via the tech helpline or Live Chat feature. Our IT specialists will advise the next steps.

QCan I change the devices covered by my policy?

Of course! If you replace one of your devices, simply get in touch to let us know and we'll update your policy. You can also add extra devices to your policy at a cost of £5.99 each per month.

QWhat happens if my device can't be fixed remotely?

If our IT specialists can't solve your problem over the phone, via Live Chat or via remote assistance, they will organise for your device to be collected.
It will then be repaired in our IT workshop. If your device cannot be fixed, it will be replaced like-for-like.

QHow and when can I contact your tech team?

Our team are available 9am-5pm, 365 days a year, on 0800 032 3499. You can also contact them via the Live Chat feature on our PC assistant software.

QWhat do you do with my data?

Your details are safe with us. We do not share any of your data with any third parties without your consent. Read our privacy policy and cookie policy.

QHow do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice period by contacting us on 0800 032 3499 (8am–10pm). You will not be charged any administration fees for cancellation.
